Tick tock...it's time to squat!
This month's fitness challenge is a progressive squat challenge to build strength in your quads and glutes. We've chosen one amazing exercise for the month, and you'll be adding on repetitions every day. The exercise is called a "squat clock" and combines 3 types of squats: split squat, regular squat, and sumo squat. The video tutorial will show you how to do the moves. Do one complete clock on Day 1, two on Day 2, three on Day 3 and so on.
