Product Returns
No returns/exchanges accepted after 30 days from purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Product Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the customer will receive an email notification the returned item has been received and if it has been approved or rejected for refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed.

Training refunds
There are no refunds for WERQ Instructor Trainings. Transfers are accepted to another individual at no charge, or to another training with a transfer fee. To transfer, contact shop@werqfitness.com.

Late or missing refunds
Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds. If the customer hasn’t received a refund after 10 business days, check your bank or credit card statement. If you still do not see the refund, contact shop@werqfitness.com.

Sale items
Sale items are nonrefundable.

Exchanges
WERQ Fitness will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To exchange for the same item, e-mail shop@werqfitness.com and send the item to: WERQ Fitness, 750 Elder Court, Glencoe, Illinois 60022.

Shipping
To return a product, ship product to: WERQ Fitness, 750 Elder Court, Glencoe, Illinois 60022.

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs unless item is defective/damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 14 business days to receive exchanged products. Shipping arrival dates vary based on zip code.

When shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. WERQ Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
