Who's ready for another challenge?
We're going deep with this month's #abWERQ challenge. On Day 1, you'll do as many cross-press dead bugs* as you can on each side without lifting your lower back off the mat. Then, each day you'll add one more rep on each side to progressively build strength in your transverse abdominals (TVA for short). Record the number you do on each day then tag us @WERQfitness using #abWERQ
